What is Physiotherapy?
In today’s modern life we are living longer and exercising harder than ever before. Invariably at some stage the body will sustain injuries. These can be minor, lasting only a few days or can have serious long term impact on your lifestyle. Physiotherapy uses a physical approach to promote, maintain and restore physical and psychological well being no matter what your original activity levels. By prompt treatment we can help you to continue your daily activities or training programme more easily. Physiotherapy investigates the cause rather than just treating the symptoms and can be fundamental in preventing problems reoccurring. |
